What utilities are included in my lease?
Basic cable, trash and water. Leasee is responsible for electricity, internet, and cable upgrade if decided.
What kind of pets do you allow and what fees are involved?
Pets are accepted; breed restrictions apply. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required per pet along with a $200 deposit; 2 pet maximum.
What are the income and credit qualifications?
Total monthly household income (gross) must be at least two and a half (2.5) times the amount of the apartment’s rental rate. Proof of income is required. (i.e. pay stubs) No unpaid rental related debt, no rental judgments or bankruptcies within the last twelve (12) months. Must pass third party credit screening.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
If the apartment is left in a good, clean, move-in condition, the deposit will be refunded as long as lease terms were met.
How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept leases for short term leases?
We offer a 3-18 month leases. Yes, as long as it is a 3 month minimum.
Am I required to have renters insurance?
Renter’s insurance is not required but recommended.
Do you offer furnished or corporate apartments?
Yes. We do not offer furnished apartments.
If I need something repaired in my apartment, how do I get it fixed?
We offer a 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Resident can submit a maintenance request on the Resident Portal or call the office and notify a staff member. In the event of an after-hours maintenance emergency, resident may call (601) 326-9014.
When is my rent payment due? How can I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. You can pay online via our Resident Portal. You may also pay with check or money order in the leasing office.
What day am I liable for a late charge?
Rent is due on the 1st and considered late after the 5th . A late fee of a 5% charge will apply on the 6th of the month.
Do you have parking?
We offer garage parking. Parking costs $75.00 monthly for each reserved space or $50 for uncovered rooftop space (unreserved).
Does the property offer a fitness center?
Yes. There is a fitness center including cardio and strength training equipment.
Does the property have a swimming pool?
The swimming pool is a rooftop amenity that includes a lounging area.
